Electric Window problem!!!

heya guys im new.i have a 1999 1.4 3 door civic.the window on the drivers side keeps falling down.the motor for the window seems to be working as its making a noise but the window wont go up or down via it.it slips down all the time and im getting annoyed with it.can this be fixed easily?
